I’m Susana
I’m a licensed bilingual therapist, creative spirit and proud mother. I was born in El Salvador and come from a family of artists, musicians, storytellers, and visionaries. My passion for creativity and supporting my community is deeply rooted in my culture and values.
Throughout my career in mental health, I’ve had the joy of walking alongside individuals, couples and families co-creating a path toward healing and growth. It’s an honor to witness people transform hardship into testimony, and this process continues to inspire me.
I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with organizations and communities across the U.S. and Central America to design creative outlets that promote stress reduction, empowerment, trauma-informed and self-care practices. My lived experiences, love of creativity and empowering clients led me to create Siembra.
Siembra which means “to sow” in Spanish reflects a philosophy passed down through my upbringing - “dream and grow what you want.”
Through Siembra, my hope is to empower people and communities to transform and live with intention. Together, we uncover what inspires and motivates you, using that energy to reshape your narrative and cultivate the life you want to grow.

In our work, we embrace your culture and beliefs- transforming them into meaningful, achievable steps toward the outcome you desire. We explore creativity as a means for healing and growth, integrating holistic practices such as mindfulness and expressive arts to support mental and emotional wellness.
